Up-Fit Install Technician

This position is listed as: Full TIme ( 40 Hours / Per Week)

 

Job Description:

• Install public safety equipment (light bars, sirens, speakers, prisoner cages, push bumpers, antennas and all other unlisted, but associated items) on customer vehicles.

• Must have basic understanding of 12/24 volt vehicle power systems

• Must be able to tear-down and rebuild vehicle components, parts and body trim.

• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.

• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock and verifying receipt of items.

• Is a team player and dedicated to growing customer relations.

• Performs any & all other duties as required by supervisors and/or executive management.

• ENTRY LEVEL POSITION / TRAINING PROVIDED
